Learning and development has been at the center of my professional world for the past 5–6 years. What began as a simple post-graduation opportunity quickly developed into a genuine passion. I have had the privilege of teaching across K–12 and higher education, and as I enter my third year as a full time Instructional Designer, I truly feel I’ve found my professional home.

Attending DevLearn would be an invaluable experience—not only to learn alongside and connect with others who share the same excitement for innovative learning, but also to finally immerse myself in Articuland! The chance to explore new tools, speak with exhibitors, and gain practical insight into emerging L&D strategies would directly benefit the work we do at my institution.

My colleague and I have long hoped to attend a conference like DevLearn, but we recognize that our school often prioritizes student needs over travel or professional development funding—and we support that. Winning this opportunity would help bridge that gap, allowing us to bring back new ideas, tools, and inspiration that would elevate our courses and better support both faculty and students.

It would truly be an honor to attend, learn, and contribute to this community. Thank you!
