Null text on downloadable certificate

Hi all, I added a slide to download a certificate in my course with the name and date. The download will occur through ClueLabs, the certificate will download but in the name and date section the word “null” appears instead of the required data for the certificate. any suggestions?

    Hi Jhana​ I'm not very familiar with ClueLabs, but maybe someone else in the community is. But I did do a little research, and I would recommend checking to make sure that the variable name you're using in Storyline matches what is being used in other places. It is case-sensitive. If that doesn't work, you might want to ask in the ClueLabs forum too.
