English is my second language, and I know from experience and the diverse people I work with that having multilingual training, translation, or interpretation in life sessions is crucial for being inclusive in any field. Better communication in all languages will lead to better interactions and a deeper understanding of cultural diversity, and, hopefully, a peaceful worldwide future.
