English is the primary language at our company. However, as part of various audits, our clients require that mandatory training be conducted in the local language of the region, which in our case is Mandarin (Singapore) and German (Germany).
In general, it is better to offer training in the employees’ native language. Many topics contain words that go beyond the English taught in school, which makes it difficult to understand the content.
