Font size of Notes in the Notes Tab is inconsistent

I've suffered exactly the same problem previously, are you using any variables within the notes section? Are you pulling through a user's name or anything like that?

Hi Joshua- I'm not sure I understand what you mean...my understanding was- how the text was formatted in the notes view- was the exact same way it would be carried into the 'Notes' tab of the player.

We had some issues with notes formatting that was addressed in Studio '13 Update 2. Please be sure that you are running the latest version.

Thanks, Leslie...installing those updates helped make the font size consistent across all the notes pages now. However, I do notice- the text isn't that crisp...almost a little blurry.  Has anyone encountered that? I am using Calibri 12 point as the note text.

Actually, we have had some users report this and it is something that our QA Team is looking into. I will add your thread for reference for them and update when appropriate. Thanks for sharing your feedback Danielle.

Leslie...in addition...sometimes the font type looks like it changes to something other than Calibri 12 point. I have checked and re-checked that the font is consistently Calibri 12 point in the notes view of all the ppt slides and indeed it is.  Is this part of the same overall issue right now with the font blurriness?

Just to clarify Danielle, you are still seeing inconsistency since Update 2? You mentioned earlier that it was corrected.

I was having the same issue. I installed the update and now the ribbon isn't working at all. I can see it, but nothing works.

Sounds like you just need to do a simple repair of your software to correct this issue.

Leslie, Yes I had installed the updated beginning of March right when it came out...and it did fix the font size issue- but the fuzziness of the text was still an issue...as well as the font type still changing from slide to slide. -Danielle

We are still encountering this issue; we had a suite of 8 courses all with the notes set to calibri 12.

7 of them published to the same size, with 1 publishing to a different font size. We have tried publishing on the same machine and different machines. All have the most recent 13 update.
