having troubles with repoting to LMS

hi evryone,

I'm having a problem with some of the reports to my LMS...

here's the thing... when i'm checking my scorm log for one the users it shows that the score was 100 but when the user hit the finish button the value recived was suspend.

inside the lms user profile it shows the the user didn't finish the lesson although he click the finish button in the lesson... what is the reason to this and problem????? and why for other users the lms log is ok???

Hi David, 

It is a little odd that only one (or is it several?) user is getting the incorrect report. If possible, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. This article may also help clear up common LMS issues.
