First insert blank slide as you normally do. Then insert question and responses you can insert radio buttons from button section in insert tab, as shown below, Then go to insert>>convert to freeform Then select pick many option Now select all the correct responses as shown below and click save and close now test your file.

I meant that i need different types of questions or number of radio button question in the same slide. that each radio button question will have it own submit button. that i will be able to add different types of quizes in the same slide. help needed ! thank you, lee

Welcome to Community.
To have multiple question on single slide you'll need to create custom interactivity.
First insert blank slide as you normally do.
Then insert question and responses you can insert radio buttons from button section in insert tab, as shown below,
Then go to insert>>convert to freeform
Then select pick many option
Now select all the correct responses as shown below and click save and close
now test your file.
