I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but if I understand you correctly I think that the triggers I added and the ordering of the triggers should work. One thing it does is as soon as you've clicked the second button - you automatically go to the next slide without clicking on the word "next" - not sure if that's an issue or not. Anyway, I hope this helps and doesn't confuse.
See attached file. In order for the information button at the bottom to show up repeatedly and disappear after a few sec., I moved it into a layer. I also adjusted a couple of triggers. For testing purposes, I changed the visited state of both buttons, so that you have and indication which button has been clicked. Have a look and see if that's what you had in mind.
