I created a graphic with Adobe Fireworks. I exported it as .PNG with size of 506x308 pixels to fit perfectly in the Engage Process interaction.
The graphics are beautiful in Fireworks, but when imported as the same size in Engage, they look blurry and horrible. I adjusted the resolution in properties, still no go. I also set Optimize to lock.

And are you using 8-bit or 24-bit PNG files?

should I be using 8 or 24 bit PNG files. My guess is 24?

No luck. :-(
I had to abandon Engage and use PowerPoint so the image and text is not blurred.
I sue would like to know what Engage is doing to the images and text when published.
