There's currently no batch import option to get multiple audio files spread across different slides in Storyline, but that would make an excellent feature request.
As someone who has to import audio files from a studio, I second this request! Not only does it take longer to do it one slide at a time, but it's more prone to mistakes of importing the wrong file. I submitted it as a feature request too. (Still love Storyline either way, but this would sure make life easier...)
