Is it possible to create a new character?

That thread seams useful, but maybe I didn't explained myself well. I was asking if there is a tool or  a way to create a brand new character, for example a Blaz character  

(of course there will be no Blaz characters)

Hi Blaz, 

I wanted to share an additional thread with you with a Screenr from David Anderson on how to use your own images as characters - they won't appear in the character library, but this should at least get you going.
