Keeping object states persistent across slides - Notebook Tabs

We've received several questions around maintaining object states across slides. There are a couple ways (at least) to do this. You can use variables to manage states, but he easiest, most PowerPoint-friendly method is: Slide Masters.

Using the free Notebook Tabs interaction, we can move the tabs w/triggers to the slide master. From there, we can create three new layouts--one for each tab and update the initial state for each layout.
