Yeah, that sounds really frustrating; and definitely not how localisation should work. If updating one language is changing everything else, it’s likely a bug, especially if this only started recently. You might want to quickly check if there’s any auto-sync or “inherit from default language” setting enabled, but if not, I’d report it to support with a short screen recording so they can see the issue clearly; those kinds of bugs usually get fixed faster when demonstrated.
