Logo Won't Display

Have a question....viewed the video on adding a logo to an Articulate Presentation. My logo is less than 244 pixels and DPI is 96 but it won't display in the presentation. The Notes move down to accomodate it, but no logo. I have set the the Player Template to include the Logo panel and have included the file in the publish to Web area. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for you reply. The logo was saved as a jpg image - color model RGB. Any other thoughts?
Are you using a custom player template? Does the logo appear when using the default Corporate Communications template? What about when you create a new file and try to use the logo?

I am using a custom player template. When I couldn't get the logo to display, I created a new file and tried again thinking there was something in the first file that Articulate "didn't like." I have to put this project aside but will try on Tuesday by creating a new file and using the default template and see if that works. Thanks!

I am having the same issue--very frustrating. The preview indicates the logo and presenter files should display. The files are small enough yet they don't appear. Beverly, did you ever find a resolution and if so, can you share it? Or anyone else? Thanks.

Have you tried the suggestions Gabe posted earlier? If so, we'd be happy to take a look at the files and see what's going on with the logo and presenter files.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package
Attach the .ZIP file to the second page of the following form:

It's been so long since I had that issue. I did get it to work but I can't remember how. If you haven't got it to work yet, I'd be happy to go back and look at some of my old presentations and check the settings.
