My presentation's interactions aren't updating.

Hello, I am having encountering the same issue, but "Update Quizmaker quizzes and Engage interactions before publishing" option was already engaged before publishing. Any other suggestions?

First, make sure that your Communicator add-in is enabled:

If you still have issues, you can try the method below to resolve the issue:

1.  Go to the slide that contains your quiz or interaction and delete the slide

2.  Publish your presentation to the Web

3.  Close PowerPoint

The steps above will regenerate your PPTA file.

4.  Reopen PowerPoint

5.  Republish your quiz and interaction to the presentation

6.  Republish your presentation

Can you try creating a new folder on your Desktop & then publishing to that new folder?  Then, test the file & let me know if you still see the old data.

I've had similar problems in the past as well. I usually just delete the slide from the .ppt and reinsert the already created Engage interaction. Always seems to do the trick!
