I'm sure I could do this in storyline but it would take far too much time. Instead I would save time by inserting a video right at the beginning. Here is one that I like. I converted in to MP4 for you to make it easy.

@Micelle - just for the record mine was built entirely using objects appearing and disappearing on the Timeline as you mention.
