Capture Area Wrong

I am having trouble with my capture area not lining up. If I pick full screen it records the whole screen but my mouse cursor is a inch off from where it should be when I watch the video. If I pick the function where it just records a window the window auto positions offset from where it should be. If I move it over the correct window it looks fine but when I watch the video it is off. I unplugged my docking station because I thought it was an issue with my multiple displays but this does not help. Thoughts?
