I created a Peek video and am getting the following message when trying to insert into Storyline 360 using Insert, Video, Video From File. Any suggestions?
Thanks for sharing a copy of the error message here. I'm not seeing the same things when trying to insert Peek videos (that I had up on Articulate Review) inside Storyline 360, so I'm wondering if you could share a copy of the MP4 download and if you've got the Review link I can use that too.
Also are you seeing this with every Peek video? It'll also be helpful to know what Peek version you're using (Mac or Windows) and if you downloaded it from a particular browser.
Never mind, Ashley. There were two Peek videos created one right after the other. I'm not sure why because I only made one. I tried to play one and nothing happened, but the other played fine. I was able to insert that second one into Storyline with no problem. Tks!
