Hi Cheryl, 

Thanks for sharing a copy of the error message here. I'm not seeing the same things when trying to insert Peek videos (that I had up on Articulate Review) inside Storyline 360, so I'm wondering if you could share a copy of the MP4 download and if you've got the Review link I can use that too. 

Also are you seeing this with every Peek video? It'll also be helpful to know what Peek version you're using (Mac or Windows) and if you downloaded it from a particular browser.
