Sorry to hear that the error message keeps popping up! Do you have an external microphone that you can disconnect while trying to use Peek 360 and see if it helps?

Peek 360 repair might also be handy in this situation, but if none of the above helps, feel free to reach out to our support engineers and they can dig a little further into your setup.
