Peek not uploading, no error message

I just recorded a few screen videos on PC using Peek, it says they were uploaded however they don't appear in the recent recordings or in the file folder. 

 

Is there somewhere else I can locate these .MP4's?

Hi Drew,

First, I wanted to let you know that replying via email will include your signature. You can edit out your contact information from your post if you'd like!  

As for your Peek issue, did you confirm that you're using the Articulate ID associated with your 360 subscription (the work email listed here) vs. the personal email that you had used as a part of your trial? It would help to double check by logging out of the 360 Desktop tray application and the 360 website (360.articulate.com) and logging back in with the work email address.
