I've used all of the Articulate 360 tool for a couple of years and love Peek. However, I've just got a new work laptop and now when I screen record using peek it looks fine if I watch it in Review, but if I import it to Replay it is horribly pixelated and unusable.
I'm sorry you're having an issue with your Peek videos showing up pixelated in Replay! I have opened a support case on your behalf. You will be hearing from support engineers soon to help you with this issue.
