Hi. I have a problem regarding quizmaker. Recently, most of the quizzes that i've published are incomplete in the end. When i playback my quiz after it is published, in most cases some of the graphics will be left out. It is troublesome to me since it may need me try to publish a quiz for several times in order to get what i've done in the quiz(completely). Sometimes, when i preview the quiz, it's ok, but when it comes to publishing, that's the hardest part. Where the problem arises?
If you have Quizmaker '09 and Carbonite installed on the same computer, you may find that random text or images are missing from published quizzes.
This is a known issue. At this time, the workaround is to uninstall Carbonite and republish your quiz(zes).
If you are using Boot Camp (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1461) on a Mac with "Parallels Internet Security Powered by Kaspersky" enabled, you may find that question or answer text is randomly missing when you preview or publish your Quizmaker '09 quiz.

Potential Work Around: I have this problem, I just recently became a carbonite subscriber, so I attribute the issue to that. I'm not willing to uninstall it. I was able to find a work around. It appears to be only affecting the Articulate font in quizmaker. So I created a design theme in quizmaker and changed the design font to "Calibri". Then I just went into slide view on each quiz and applied the design theme which automatically changed all of the fonts to Calibri. I haven't noticed any additional missing text in quizzes so far.
