Quizmaker will not retain audio qualities

I need for the quality of the audio in Quizmaker to match the quality of the audio in the main Presenter presentation.
When I set the audio quality in Quizmaker using the Quiz Properties dialog, Quality tab, it does not retain the settings I enter. After I enter the desired settings Custom>JPEG Factor 100%, Audio bitrate 128 kbps, then click OK. When I reopen the dialog, I see that the settings have reset to optimize for web delivery.
I remember there was some arcane solution for this, but I neglected to write it down. Please help.

Hey John,
That sounds a little strange to me. Does the same thing happen when you try to change the quality settings in the Presenter settings?
Yes, Here's the screenshot of my Presenter settings.
I get the very odd effect of the audio in the Presenter part of the eLearning is fine, then the audio quality noticeably drops in the quiz part (because, I suppose, of the Quizmaker quality settings.)
Thanks for the screenshot, John.
Would you mind sending the files over to us so we can give it a try on our end?
First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
Thanks!
Hi, John:
I ran into this same issue a few years back. Did everything, even re-installed Windows and Studio. I eventually did the following workaround (not elegant, but way better than having overly compressed audio):
1. Publish your quizzes only (you'll get a prompt on publish to determine your quality and bitrate settings set them as desired)
2. Import your already published quizzes back into your presentation.
Perhaps try publishing a dummy quiz with some audio to see if it'll work. Let me know if that works out. --Daniel

Hi, John: Doing the above regarding Quizmaker solved the audio bitrate issues for me. A bit of a workaround, but not bad. Please let me know how it works out. I'm curious. --Daniel
I'm still having issue when changing the quality level of the bitrate, it doesn't allow me to keep the change. I've done some poking around the forum and found this link...

It's saying it is fixed this issue in the latest update but i have the latest updates and it doesn't solved the issue with the bitrate.... Can someone help?
Thanks,
Susie
Hi Susie!
Did you try the solution that John shared above from our support team?
Hi, Susie: As I mentioned above, when this happened to me a few years back, I set my bitrate settings, published the Quiz, and then imported the quiz back into my presentation. The settings held. --Daniel
Thanks for sharing Daniel
@John Nixdorf - I appreciate you sharing the reply you received from Articulate Support. I, too, was experiencing this issue, but I was able to get around it by following the steps you provided. Thank you kindly.
