Quizz timer
Dec 16, 2012
Hi,
I would like to create a quizz with an integrated timer. I would like to give 30 minutes to the learner to complete 15 questions. The timer should start from the first question until the last one. No timer per question.
If after 30 minutes, the learner has completed 10 question, the unanswered question will be considered as incorrect.
Is it possible with articulate ?
Thx.

Hi Vincent! Yes, Storyline does allow you to place a time limit on your quiz. Once you add your quiz questions, just insert a Result Slide, and on the result slide options, you'll see a checkbox called "End quiz after _______ minutes". You can use that to set up your quiz timer:
I have one problem with the quiz timer. I already inserted a result slide and the timer keeps going to another scene in the project but I just want the timer to be in only the quiz part. What should I do?
Hi Sebastian,
It sounds like your quiz timer isn't stopping after reaching the results slide? There are some troubleshooting steps outlined here if that is the case. If you're experiencing a different behavior, could you offer some further explanation of what is happening?
My timer is not showing up in my Player. How can I get the timer to show the time remaining in the player window?
