A360 Review Link - Problem???

Hi everyone!

So, here is my issue...

I have published a course to A360 Review Link and one slide has a dozen slide layers. After the first comment to one of the slide layers, each subsequent comment attaches itself to the first comment made by the first reviewer on thier first slide layer. The additional comments are actually supossed to be on different slide layers but they show up under the first reviewers comment.

I have reached out to the reviewers and asked if they are making comments to individuals slide layers and everyone had said YES.

Has anyone had this same problem? Is there a fix?

Hey W! You're right--all of the comments for any given slide are grouped together on the Review Tab, so they're not separated by layer.

Have you tried using the Feedback Tab instead? Comments are separated by layer there, so that view should be just what you're looking for.

Thanks Alyssa,

I have been using the Feedback tab, but all of the comments are still being posted under the first reviewer. Could this happen if the reviewer doesn't press ENTER when completing their comments?.
