Adding notes to a version of a course published to review?

When publishing a new version of a course it would be great if I could add notes to the version so that I know the reason it was published. For instance, when in review stakeholders often add feedback such as "can we try X way of doing this instead". Sometimes these reasons get a bit lost in the mix when there can be multiple versions in the review menu. Having a note field or even just a label against a version would be a great addition to allow me to better track why versions were republished.

Imagine there was a text entry box underneath 'publish settings' that reads 'Comments for this version' or similar
