We have hit a stumbling block as we test using the Articulate Review. Do all reviewers require an Articulate account in order to review courses? We're hesitant to force users to create accounts just to look at something. If this is normal though, we'll roll with it.
As an add on, when a project is finished the review process, is there a way to delete the project from Articulate Review or does it stay there forever?
By default, reviewers can add comments to your Articulate Review content items without creating an Articulate ID. This makes it even easier to gather feedback from your stakeholders. They'll be prompted to enter their email address to post comments. (If their email address is tied to an Articulate ID and if they aren't already signed in, they'll also be prompted for their password.)
And if you want to require reviewers to sign in with an account, you can do that, too. Just open your content item in Articulate Review, click the Share tab in the upper right corner of the screen, and uncheck the box to Allow comments without signing in.
As for deleting the link, you can delete an item from Articulate Review once you're done with it- I'd make sure you've exporting all comments that you need before doing so as it will remove all the information. If you want to stop others from accessing the link again, but still retain the information for yourself you could set a password on it.
If you want users to comment on your Articulate Review courses they'll need to either log in (if they have an Articulate ID) or provide their email address. That way no comments are anonymous.
No problem Kathleen - and just a note: Replying via email will include your signature. You can edit out your contact information from your post if you'd like!
Please see attached screen shot, user is being asked for a Password not an email address (he does not have an Articulate account). I'm not sure how to allow non Articulate user view/comment by only entering an email address?
Thanks for that image showing your settings, do you have a copy of what the learner is seeing? If you didn't enable a password they shouldn't have any problem opening it.
This image also looks like your Rise share link, but you've posted in a Review discussion. Did you upload the Rise course to Review and perhaps set a password there?

No, they just have to enter their email address so you know who said what.

Thank you very much. This helped.
We've had a similar issue, and we tested by checking and unchecking the Allow comments checkbox yet our reviewers are still forced to sign in.
