I am logged in reviewing training I developed on Storyline 360. Articulate Review works for me just fine. I shared the link with coworkers but the outside reviewers are seeing this error. How can I fix this for them to review the training?
Thank you for your reply. It's always with Microsoft Edge or IE. This keeps happening. I attached another screenshot from Edge. It looks like it repeatedly tries to play the course but then times out.
My hunch is that security/firewall is causing some trouble here. Can you check out this article about the different domains that need to be allowed for Articulate 360?
Hi Alyssa, I don't think that's the case since it works on other browsers. I am using the same network and Articulate Review works on Firefox and Chrome just not Microsoft Edge. It cycles and tries to bring up the page then quits. A whitelist would effect the other browsers as well.
Unfortunately no. I added a slide before the course begins as a disclaimer to only use Firefox and Chrome to complete the training. So far that has helped. IE and Microsoft Edge has too many issues playing the course and printing the certificate at the end. Good luck, Anjali.
Leslie - I checked it on various networks and on multiple computers, it is working everywhere other than at the client site. It seems to be some IT firewall issue. We are trying to sort it out. I will keep you all informed.

Update: Error seems to occur with IE and Microsoft Edge browsers. It works on Firefox and Chrome with outside reviewers.
Hi Joanna!
Your users are consistently experiencing an issue with those browsers?
I just tested a review link in Edge and it worked as I expected.
Would you be able to share a link for us to take a peek at? If you need to share the information privately, please do so here.

Content block/certificate errors and such in all browsers for my clients when using articulate review. Never happened before.
Joanna - were you able to solve the issue? Please let us know how. Thanks.

Thanks Joanna. May have to do the same.
