I'm seeing Review 360 report offline as well:
"Your computer seems to be offline. We'll automatically try to reconnect when an internet connection is detected."

I'm getting this too, I've tried it on Chrome, I.E and mobile - it was working fine earlier on.

Sorry to say,
but I seem to be having the same problem. I'm not offline and Articulate review was working perfectly up until 3pm GMT.
I've added a image of the offline message.
