Articulate Review 360 for Rise in Chrome not working

I'm seeing Review 360 report offline as well:

"Your computer seems to be offline. We'll automatically try to reconnect when an internet connection is detected."

Hey folks! So sorry for the trouble. Rest assured our team is on it! We'll notify you as soon as we are back up and running. 

I'm getting this too, I've tried it on Chrome, I.E and mobile - it was working fine earlier on.

Looks like you may have posted at the same time as Alyssa. Review 360 is currently unavailable, and we’re looking into what went wrong. We’ll let you know as soon as we have more info. Sorry to say, 

but I seem to be having the same problem. I'm not offline and Articulate review was working perfectly up until 3pm GMT.
