When my colleagues are reviewing the Customer Happiness course - their comments are not coming through. I tried two test comments - which are showing. What could be the reason?
I've checked the settings - they are all good. This is slightly urgent as the course needs to go out to the clients for review.
Thanks for reaching out! I'm not sure if your colleagues have Articulate ID's and are signed in, but if not, you'll want to ensure the option to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment is selected.
Direct them to type in the Comments box, and they should receive a prompt to add in their email address.
If they do not see this, have them try a different browser to see if that helps. Keep us updated!

She didnt receive the email address prompt. Changing the browser helped.
