We've had a situation today where an expert has been putting comments on review and they haven't come through to us. She's spent considerable time adding to it so is a little disgruntled! We thought she had not saved them properly but it looks like she has, and I noticed this has been an issue previously so I'm wondering if this is something that is still coming up, and if there's a workaround? Thanks!
