I just looked at my client's feedback and oddly, it's not associated with a slide. There are no slides showing in the Feedback. Does anyone know of a solution?
Hi there, and thanks for the screenshot. Well, that makes it hard to know what edits to make without any context. Typically your feedback is organized by slide with a thumbnail.
Is this happening on multiple courses, or just this one? Also, what kind of content is it (e.g. Storyline, Studio, Rise). Would you be able to share a link to the content in Articulate Review for me to test? You can do that privately here.
Crystal, this is the same problem I just posted a discussion about. It happens on all of our courses, for both my boss and myself. The courses are created in Storyline. I will share the link to my course to you on the "privately here" link above. I hope that is OK. Thanks!
This is happening with Storyline 360. It is only happening with this one course. I'd like to share a link for you to test it, but the Private Support Area won't let me upload the link without uploading the entire file. Is there somewhere else where I can just send you the link?
Hmmmm. Using the Private link you shared, I only have an Upload File button. Without a file to upload, I can't send my support message. Is there another way to send you the link?
I'm having this same problem - the thumbnail isn't showing up beside the review note, and I cannot click to see which slide is being referenced. Curious to know if anybody fiound a fix for this issue? Thanks!
I see the majority of folks here are facing this problem with Storyline content. Let me know if your experience is different!
With your permission, I'd like to test your .story file to try to nail down the culprit. If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me. I'll let you know what I find in Review, and will delete the project after troubleshooting.
Ah, now it's working, Karen! Thanks for resending the link.
Do all of those slides happen to have videos on them? I ask because we're currently looking into a problem where the screenshot will not appear in Review 360 for slides that have videos.
One more thing, Karen! I wanted to mention that the link you shared is in the public forum. If you would like to remove that link now that I've seen it, feel free to edit your reply here!
I checked Karen's Review file and noticed the screens didn't display. I also did a test of one of my files that has a video and the screen shows against the comment. Just wondering under what other conditions might the screens not display?
I'm opening up a Support case for you so that we can take a closer look at your Review courses and what's going on. Please keep your eyes out for an email from Support@articulate.com!
Hi, my teammate and I have published multiple Storyline courses over the last several months, and have experienced this issue in a few. Occasionally some screenshots come with reviewer comments in affected files, but most do not. Do you have any fixes to share?
Very sorry you've run into this issue, Sherry. We can help!
A few questions to help us explore some next steps:
Do the affected slides have videos on them?
What browser(s) are you and your teammate using?
With your permission, we'd like to test your project's Review 360 URL to investigate what's happening. If that works for you, you can share the link to the content privately with our Support team here. We'll let you know what we find and will delete the link after troubleshooting.
Hi! I've just run into this issue as well. Have you found the cause/solution? Comments that my colleague made 3 months ago have a thumbnail associated with them, while the comments she made 1 month ago do not. Our Storyline file does not contain any videos. I use Chrome, and I'm pretty sure my colleague does too.
Please feel free to close this ticket. I'm pretty sure this happened before I did an Articulate update (it had been a while), and I haven't experienced any issues since then!

Hey Cindy - I see your discussion here, but this thread was a good find as I know you reached out via the link.
I just responded to your case.

Hi Instructional Designer,
You can share the link in the body of the text and not share the file.
I just took a look at Cindy's link, so I'm curious if you're experiencing the same thing as well.

I didn't realize it wouldn't let you submit without a file, I apologize.
Try this one.
This is happening to all of our courses today. Is there some way to fix this?
Oh no, Julie! Let's see what could be causing this to happen.
First, are all of the courses Storyline 360, Rise, Studio 360, or all of those?
Also, would you be able to share a link to the content in Articulate Review for me to test? You can do that privately here.

Hi Karen!
I tried opening the Review 360 link you sent, but it says the file isn't there anymore. Did you happen to delete it from Review 360?

Hi Alyssa, no they do not have video.

Hi Heather!
The fix for this issue in Review 360 has been released so we'll want to investigate your file to see if there's been a regression.
Let's begin working in a support case! Use this link to connect with our Support Team.
