This was working great for 2 weeks. Now the Engage 360 Interactions will not play in Review. I tested it in my own site and it works. So it is not the browser or the product.
Just wanted to update you here in case you didn't see Lea's most recent email. She was able to replicate the issue and flagged it with our QA team. She also found a workaround for the issue in your file and she shared those steps and ideas in her email with you. So feel free to let me know if you didn't receive the email and we can have it resent - also we'll keep you posted as our QA team investigates more the issues with your course.
If you've noticed that your Storyline 360 course is stuck at an Engage interaction and you cannot move forward, try updating Storyline 360 and publish the course again.
If you're already on the most recent update, please try these troubleshooting steps:
Open the .story file.
Click to edit the Engage interaction from within Storyline.
Make a small change to the file in Engage.
Save & return to Storyline, then republish.
If neither of those options work for you, please let us know, and we'll investigate further!
I updated 360 and edited the Engage interaction and republished. I am still unable to see or get past the Engage part of the Review.
Thank you,

Thanks for that update, Joshua. In that case, we'd want to take a look at your file to see what could be causing this issue. Would you mind sharing it with us here? And once you submit that form, be sure to let me know your case number so I can follow along. :)
I was able to update 360 again. I also did quick edits to Engage thru Storyline and now the review works.
Thank you,

Great to hear it, Joshua! Good luck with the rest of your project, and be sure to let us know if you come across any more roadblocks along the way.
Also wanted to mention that replying via email includes your email signature here, so feel free to come back and edit out that information, if you'd like. :)
I wanted to follow up here as our team let us know that following the steps here for the Engage interactions, allowed them to be updated and publish to Review and web/LMS:
Embedded Engage interactions will work in Flash output as before. If you want to take advantage of new HTML5 support for embedded interactions, just click Edit in Engageon the Storyline 360 ribbon for each interaction, then click Save and Return to Storyline on the Engage 360 ribbon.
Can you let me know if you're able to test that on your courses?

I am having the same issues too. Please let us know when a remedy is discovered.
