I published a course on Articulate Review. The people who tested the course told me they can't use umlauts (such as ä, ü, ö) in their comments. If they use an "ä" for example, the comment will be deleted. So they have to write ae, ue etc. Then it works. We write in German, so we use these quite often. Does anyone know how to fix it, so the comments won't be deleted? Could it be a language setting?
it didn't exactly happen to me, it happend to the people who tested the course. They used Firefox. But it worked for me in Firefox (and also in Chrome). So I think it's not a browser problem. It might be a setting problem. I'll take a look at the account settings. If you have any other ideas on how to solve it, I would appreciate it. I will leave an update if I find a solution. Thank you for the video!

The course I made is in German
Hi Michael,
Thanks for your question! I tested those special characters in Articulate Review, and I was able to post a comment without any issues.
What web browser were you using when you noticed you were having trouble posting comments?
