Cannot access Articulate Review

Hi All,

All of a sudden I cannot access Articulate Review from Articulate 360. And, when I publish a course to Articulate 360, it does not recognize my account. I checked my Articulate 360 account and it is active. I have attached a 10 second video of what is happening when I try to sign-in. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have yet to hear back from Articulate Support.
