Client access issues. Please help!

Hi there,

A client cannot access the review link I sent them. The same link has been distributed to others with no complaints. They are using Chrome but haven't supplied the version yet. They sent me this screenshot. Does it ring any bells with anybody?

Thanks, James.  It does look like a connection problem.

If your client is able to access other sites (and other clients are able to access your review link), it sounds like your client might be blocking Articulate 360 services and preventing the link from working. We recommend allowing these domains for the best experience. At a minimum, they’ll need to allow the highlighted endpoints for Review 360 to work properly.
