The Author of a Rise course is receiving comments via email. She was previously the Owner but re-assigned the Owner role to me so I could receive the comments instead. The emails are still going to her despite no longer being the Owner. The emails are also not coming to me as the Owner (I need to log into Review to see them). How can this be corrected?
You will need to republish the course as the new owner. The comments are connected to the original publish so if you need the current comments, the previous owner can export them to you.

Hi Lauren, we haven't published the course and are not looking to do this just yet. These steps were also previously completed: https://community.articulate.com/series/157/articles/rise-360-work-on-a-course-with-other-team-members#transfer. The problem persists though.
How can the emails with comments come to me as the Owner, instead of the Author (who was previously the Owner)?
You need to publish it to your review, it is currently on your colleagues.
