Comments in CSV format not separating itself in columns for Excel 2010

Greetings, I noticed that when exporting comments in CSV, the Excel sheet doesn't separate columns in Excel 2010 (all info is clustered in one cell, separated in lines only). However, everything is correctly sorted in Excel 2019.

Is Review 360 supporting specific versions of Excel for CSV files down to a certain version?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing that you've run into an issue with exporting your comments to CSV. 

You can see all of our Articulate 360 System Requirements listed here. The specific versions of Excel are not included here. We did find that Mac users need to save as Windows Comma Separated (.csv).

I'm opening a support case on your behalf so that we can work with you directly and do some additional testing.
