Drag and drop interactions not working for some users in Review

Hi,

I have a number of drag and drop interactions in my course that has now been published to Review. A number of testers are reporting that these interactions are not working for them but when I test it using my PC (in Review) I don't get the same problem.

Any thoughts on why this might be happening to them?

Interaction Description:
Dropping words into boxes.
Reported Problem:
Words won't stay in boxes therefore they can't submit the interaction.

Thanks Elizabeth, I think we've determined that's the issue.

Will this same issue potentially happen once we post to our LMS?

Are you utilizing Storyline 360 for your drag and drop? If so, you can check out the viewing requirements in our documentation here.
