I have Storyline 360 inserts in a Rise course. I added a drop shadow effect to many screenshots in SL. They appear within the preview option within storyline. Whenever I publish to Review 360(or add SL block to Rise), all the Drop Shadow effects for screenshots disappear. What can I do to fix this please?
We had a bug in Storyline 360 where shadow and glow effects stopped working in Google Chrome and chromium-based Microsoft Edge, which sounds like the culprit here.
The great news is that Storyline 360 Update 48 holds a fix for this. And to be sure, the effects render correctly in Rise 360 and Review 360:
