Error message when setting up Articulate Review account.

I have a colleague that needs to review an elearning course that was published to Articulate Review. When creating her account, she gets the error message received in the attached screenshot. This person is a sanofi employee and uses the same email suffix (@sanofi.com) as myself. The only difference might be that this employee is located in Belguim. 

Please help!
