Exporting All Version Comments From Review 360

Hi,
We love using Rise 360 and Review 360! So easy.
We are now at the end of a project and want to back up all the comments and feedback from Review 360. I have enabled the visibility of all the comments but I can only export one version at a time. Is this correct? Will I need to export for each version (of which there are many) or is there a way to export all the comments across all the versions in one hit?

Footnote: Actually just realised this is only happening with one course. All others allow me to export all the comments from all versions to PDF. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with one of your courses in Review 360 when exporting comments.
I've opened up a support case on your behalf so that one of our support engineers can take a look.
You should be hearing from someone soon.
Thanks Leslie. Support team reached out and it appears to have been a glitch on the day as now able to export and download all the comments.

Hi Leslie! The problem is back. Even when I click on "Show Resolved Comments" they dont display on the current version in Articulate Review. I think this might be why they wont export. I have opened a support case today.
