I have a problem in articulate review. I was trying to reply to one of my SME's comment in articulate review and i made a typo error. The problem is i am not able to edit the typo using backspace or delete key. Whenever i try to re-type the word, the cursor move to the beginning of the sentence i am not able to move the cursor manually. If i click delete or backspace keys, the cursor move to the beginning and start deleting the first word. I have to re-type the entire sentence to fix one typo.
I am currently using Google Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit). After your suggestion i tried it in IE. i didn't face any problem in IE.
Oh no, sorry this is still plaguing you! I'm having some trouble recreating the issue on my end--would you be able to record a Peek of the problem? That way, I'll be able to see exactly what you're seeing on your end. Thanks!

Sorry the commenting feature in Articulate Review is acting so wonky! That would drive me nuts too, so let's try and get this sorted out for you.
First, what web browser were you using when you noticed this happening? Does it happen in other web browsers, too?

Glad to hear it's working well in Internet Explorer, but it should work normally in Chrome, too.
I would suggest updating to the latest version of Chrome, then clearing your cache. Let me know if that helps!
