I'm having a similar font issue. I don't have the latest version of Storyline, however, when I launched the 360 app, there aren't any prompts to update (though I do have Show notifications enabled).
Let's get you up to date first. We are now on Build 3.15.15581.0
You can manually check for updates at any time. Just click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the Articulate 360 desktop app and choose Check for Updates.
Then follow the instructions here for installing those updates.

Sorry that's happening, Jake. Could you double-check that you're on the most recent update of Storyline 360? Here's how:
