I'm using Storyline 360 and published to Review 360. Is there a way to make the story full screen so clients can see what it will actually look like as opposed to having the story smaller, embedded on the review page? On one of my test devices there is a small full screen icon in the player skin that enlargers the story to full screen but this is not present on other devices.
You can view the content fullscreen on mobile devices, but you'll always see the Review 360 interface on desktop devices.
You can collapse and expand the comment sidebar by clicking the arrow in the upper right corner. Sometimes it’s helpful to collapse the sidebar so you have more space to view the project, especially on small screens.

Good question. By default, the comment sidebar will appear expanded when reviewers launch your content.
