Hey Doug - we currently don't have a feature to delete a previous version but will be adding it.
On your wanting to change a link to deny access to previous reviewers - we don't have a notion of that. Would love to learn a bit more about that use case and when exactly you'd need it. Thanks!
Hi Adam, Just realised that the password can already be updated. This will allow unauthorised access to be stopped if the link is accidentally on shared.
If you were to create a copy of a Storyline or Studio course and publish that to Articulate Review it would treat it as a new version/copy so you'd only have that one version and any new feedback added there. The feedback won't carry over from your previous upload, as it'll be a "new course", but your previous course would still be accessible to you in Articulate Review to see the feedback..
Yes - it would require a new link. I was just thinking along the lines of if you didn't want the older versions to be available to them anymore. As Adam mentioned it's a feature they're looking at adding, so perhaps that's a viable workaround for you until that feature gets rolled out?
If you are logged in and visit: https://360.articulate.com/review/content you should see all the content you published to Articulate Review and when you hover over each card you should see a set of three dots appear to the right of the content title. If you click there you'll have the option to delete the content item. I recorded a quick Peek to show the behavior and if you're still having difficulty with the deletion behavior, can you also confirm you're working in one of the supported browsers here?
So there's no way to clean out what you've uploaded and delete things? I just uploaded a course and immediately see an error. So I have to do a new version? I haven't even shared the link yet, and I don't want people getting confused with versions.
If you're publishing a course from Storyline or Studio to Review - you can choose to overwrite the existing course, or create a brand new version when you publish:
If you did a new item, you could then delete the previous item using the same steps in the Peek above to delete. That way folks wouldn't get caught up in the versioning set up. If things aren't deleting for you in Review, I know there have been some intermittent issues today but everything should be back in working order, so I'd ask if you could try it again and if the issues persist we'll want to know a bit more about the set up/environment you're using such as browser and Windows version and we'd be happy to work with you one on one in a support case as well.
We haven't yet added a feature to Articulate Review that will allow you to delete previous versions. We are tracking this request, so thanks for letting us know it's important to you!
You can keep track of all of the new and exciting features we're adding to Articulate 360 right here!
Thanks for the update! The ability to delete previous versions as well as an entire project in Articulate Review is important to me as well. It would also be nice if we could custom organize/arrange projects in Articulate Review, too.
Hi Ashley- I was looking for a way to delete my old content. I wouldn't have noticed the "three dots" if I hadn't seen your post. #oldeyes, #getsomereaders. Thanks!
If you need to make changes to content based on what your Reviewers shared, you'll open up the original course again in the authoring tool (Storyline, Rise, Presenter, etc.) and you can continue to edit there.
When you're ready to publish to Articulate 360 Review again from Storyline or Presenter you'll see the option to create a new item or a new version of an existing item. If you use the latter, you'll see that they are both connected in Review. Take a look at our newest user guides on using Review as an author and a reviewer.

Yup, was just about to type that, Doug. Good find.
Could you publish it to a different name? Then the last versions wouldn't be there.
Hi Steve, I think that might delete all the feedback Regards Doug

Hi Ashley, wouldn't that require a new link to all SME's for the new version? Regards Doug

I didn't intend to publish to Articulate Review and would prefer not to have the content online. Can I remove it?

It worked! Thank you very much for a prompt reply and a super bit of bitesize learning in Peek which supported your text.
Adrian.
Happy to help Adrian - and Peek makes it super easy and fun! So any excuse to use it. ;)

I obviously did not read all of the above. Found the ... and had no problem cleaning everything out. Thanks!
No problem Cheryl - end of day, Friday...I can certainly understand. ;)
Hello,
does anyone know if there is an update on the topic of deleting previous versions from Review?
Thanks

Happy it helped, Matt!
You asked, and we listened - Folders are now available in Review! 🌟
You can now organize Review projects using folders. Take a look at this quick video here on how to get started.
How do I work on the next version when I received comments from a reviewer? Do I publish it again and work from that version?
Thank you - Stefan
