I suspect I know the answer to my question but would like confirmation. I am currently on an Articulate 360 trial. (Convinced my organization to go with the upgrade - :) !!) With the trial version I posted a course to Review and sent it to my colleagues. They cannot complete the course. There is a branching slide and they cannot get past it. Works fine when I preview the course in Storyline and when I publish it to our LMS. Is there a limitation because I am using the trial version?
Can you point out where the course is getting stuck? So far, I was able to make it to the Where You Work slide, though I'm wondering if some information should be coming up as I click on each functional area.
Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with me here. I'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
That's exactly it. When they click on one of the icons it should bring users to additional content. For some reason it doesn't but work fine on our LMS.
