I’ve recently uploaded a Storyline 360 file to Review 360. However mobile phone users running the iOS operating system were facing problems when reviewing the file. They were able to initially open and review but will stop at random times/places on the slide, and Review 360 will take them back to the very first slide. Android users do not face the same issue.
We are happy to troubleshoot this issue with you! It sounds like the course is stopping at random times when viewing a slide and also returning to the very first slide. Does this happen with all slides in the project or just one? Also, are the reviewers using Safari or Chrome?
