I have a few questions regarding Articulate Review.
#1. Anyone who receives the link to a course in Articulate Review has to create an account so their comments can be linked to their email. I assume this account creation is part of our Articulate 360 subscription package - meaning it is free to create an account in Articulate Review?
#2. Is there a limit to how many accounts can be created? I work for a big organization and more often than not my SMEs are new people for every course I create. Is the account creation unlimited? If there are limits/caps to number of accounts, can you provide info on that?

Great questions :)
You can allow users to comment without signing in if you wish. Check out this documentation.
If you want them to sign in, they will need an Articulate ID which is not a part of your subscription.
There is no limit to the users that can access and review the link you share with them.
