Does a specific error message appear when you try to access Review 360?
Web apps—Rise 360, Review 360, Content Library 360, and Articulate 360 Training—require an active internet connection. Is it possible to connect to the internet on the remote access and try again?
If you have firewalls, could you and your IT team review this article? It covers what needs to be open to access all things Articulate 360.
